If you are a medical patient, you must have a referral from your doctor. If you are a dental patient, you should ask your dentist for a referral. Hypnosis can be used to alleviate tension, fear and anxiety during your dental visits. It can also be used to help with bruxism as well as gagging problems and other procedural difficulties. If you would like help in getting a referral, I can send your doctor/dentist a letter explaining what it is we are going to do.
